In 2009, God planted our mission of providing an entire Thanksgiving meal for a family of 4 that they could cook at home. Through over 500 volunteers and trust in God, we were able to provide the food necessary, money for the turkeys and $5 for each recipient!
In 2010, God proved himself worthy of all of our praise once again! Through the tireless effort of our volunteers, we were able to raise the food and funds necessary for another 500 meals at Thanksgiving.
This year, we are placing our faith in God to provide once again, but are upping the challenge. Not only will we provide 500 Turkeys, but we will also include TWO of every item in the box. That’s 1,000 items! Can we do it? Alone, we can’t, but with God, all things are possible!

Print this page, cut out all four corners and sell in your business, club, church or work place for $20, $5, $1 or any donation. Then tape them on the walls or windows. Display your community support and allow others to participate is the blessing.
One group is having a 48 person BUNCO game for $10/person and silent auction. (Oct 11)
There is a large Turkey Auction on Oct 21 @ Pikk’s Tavern in Valpo from 6p – 8p.

RiffRaff’s last year had a contest between them and Pepe’s on who could sell the most hands. RiffRaff’s won but both were very successful!
A friend wants to have a backyard party and auction off people for slow dances during the evening.
Food drives in neighborhoods are taking place on front porch drop off sites. Some hang bags outside their front door and the group picks them up.
How about a Corn Hole tournament? Could you organize it and have a blast doing it. Helping people in need is what it’s alll about!
